Privacy notice
What we collect and why
To let you ride the mechanical bull we collect your name, email, mobile number, date of birth, a photo of the front of your driver's license, and your signature on the waiver. We use these only to confirm your age and identity, keep a record of the waiver you signed, and manage the rider line. We do not store your license number, address, or barcode data as separate records.
Who can see it
Only signed-in Green Light Bar staff working the bull can see the current line and license photos. Managers can access past waivers. Your information is never shown on public screens or the QR code page, and every staff action is logged.
How long we keep it
License photos are automatically deleted after a short period following your ride or the end of the night (currently 24 hours by default). Signed waivers are kept separately for as long as our legal and insurance requirements need.
Marketing
Promotional email is optional and only sent if you check that box. We don't send marketing texts.
